Shipping

We offer free standard worldwide shipping. Express shipping can be added as a paid upgrade where it is available.

Sales tax

Orders shipped within Canada are charged GST or HST for the province they ship to (for example 13% HST in Ontario), shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.

All sales are final

Every watch is customized to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Non-delivery guarantee

If your watch never arrives, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Contact us at LaskoLuxe@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The studio shows the total as you build, and payment is taken securely by card through Stripe at checkout. Questions about an order: LaskoLuxe@gmail.com.

Previews

Studio previews are approximate. They are layered from photos of the real parts, so stones, metal tone and dial colour can look slightly different on the finished watch.

Privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details so we can build and ship your watch, and we use them only for that. If you message us through the contact form, it is sent by email. We don't sell your information. To ask what we hold about you, email LaskoLuxe@gmail.com.
